Saussy Burbank is proud to welcome J.R. and Nanette Fountain to Rock Hill’s Riverwalk community. The Fountains are pictured with Sales Consultant Thomasena Washington, and are Riverwalk’s 14th “Pioneers” since opening in March of 2012.

Rock Hill’s city council has agreed to fund a project that will bring several new developments to Saussy Burbank’s Riverwalk community. Included in this project will be a BMX track, a concession and restroom area, a new access road, and athletic fields. For more information on this exciting news, click on the following link.

We’re excited to announce our first street in Riverwalk is completely SOLD OUT. Our model home on Terrace Park opened in March and since then Thomasena Washington has written contracts for all 12 homes on the street plus eight more in the second phase. Great job Thomasena!
