Baxter Village End of an Era Celebration

Fifteen years after purchasing the very first lot in Baxter from Clear Springs Development, Saussy Burbank has purchased the last lot. The company, along with many area realtors and dignitaries, celebrated the success in Baxter today on the lawn of the Garden Cottages. Three local food trucks catered the event, and attendees toured the recently-completed “idea home” as well as several other completed homes.
